 當初微軟發(fā)布Vista時，就曾聲稱通過部署Windows Vista，企業(yè)可節(jié)省在IT方面的開支。而現(xiàn)在輪到Windows 7，微軟依然在強調(diào)這一點，而鑒于目前嚴峻的經(jīng)濟形勢，微軟的這張牌似乎更加強有力。

Windows 7帶來了一系列的新特性，這些特性大大提高了企業(yè)的管理能力。而微軟也稱在Windows 7中，至少有11項特性可大大削減企業(yè)的IT開支，這些特性主要涉及到WIndows 7在自動化、管理性和自動診斷和修復方面的改進。

1. Microsoft Windows PowerShell 2.0 允許管理員通過本地或遠程計算機運行腳本，這樣一來，高負荷和重復的工作就可以通過自動化來完成了

2. Group Policy  通過組策略腳本，管理員可以輕松對組策略項和基于注冊表的設置進行自動化操作。

3. Built-in Windows Troubleshooting Packs 允許終端用戶利用內(nèi)置的自我診斷和修復系統(tǒng)對系統(tǒng)進行自我診斷和修復

4. Improvements to the System Restore 系統(tǒng)還原功能可輕松幫助用戶還原到正常狀態(tài)

5.The new Problem Steps Recorder 以截圖方式向微軟遞交報告

6. Improvements to the Resource Monitor and Reliability Monitor 通過此功能，管理員可迅速對性能，可靠性等方面進行檢測

7. AppLocker 輕松通過組策略實現(xiàn)對程序的控制

8. Auditing improvements 管理員可通過此功能對對系統(tǒng)進行更詳細的審查

9. Administrators 管理員可利用BitLocker To Go進行加密操作

10. Group Policy 這個就不用說了，最有用的就是這個了

11. DirectAccess 允許管理員對接入網(wǎng)絡的每一臺計算機進行監(jiān)控

When it was launching Windows Vista, one of the strong focuses for Microsoft was to get across the financial advantages of the operating system. The Redmond company is doing it again, this time with Windows 7, and the context could not be more adequate. Fact is that the global economic crisis provides fertile soil for an operating system capable of helping companies save money compared to the current platform deployed in their IT infrastructures. Without taking into consideration the costs associated with licensing Windows 7, Microsoft is promising that the manageability evolution of the operating system is capable of reducing Total Cost of Ownership.
