 微軟這次可以說是真正從Vista的兼容性問題中吸取到教訓(xùn)了，微軟在Windows 7的兼容性上傾盡了全力。除了與各大軟硬件廠商合作以確保驅(qū)動(dòng)兼容性外，微軟這次還開始從開發(fā)者身上直接下手了。

微軟日前宣布，將為軟件開發(fā)者提供免費(fèi)在線技術(shù)支持。這樣一來，如果程序員在開發(fā)Windows 7相關(guān)軟件時(shí)遇到問題，可以從MSDN上的Windows開發(fā)軟件兼容論壇獲取幫助。

 Bruce Kyle，微軟ISV部門總架構(gòu)師稱：“ISV現(xiàn)在可以獲取免費(fèi)在線技術(shù)支持以解決開發(fā)過程中的兼容性問題。ISV可以在MSDN論壇中提出問題。微軟工程師會(huì)在24小時(shí)內(nèi)以E-mail的形式進(jìn)行回復(fù)。”
