 Malicious Software Removal Tool，也就是微軟出品的惡意軟件清理助手。由于殺毒軟件的關(guān)系，平時(shí)可能大家都不怎么注意這款軟件的作用。但其實(shí)，微軟出品的軟件幾乎就沒一個(gè)差勁兒的。就在一周內(nèi)，這款工具刪除了全球100萬臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)的密碼竊取木馬。

該木馬可以通過植入的方式竊取用戶的各種用戶名、密碼甚至是信用卡信息等等。到目前為止，惡意軟件清理助手已經(jīng)清除了包括 Win32/Frethog，Win32/Bancos，Win32/Taterf，Win32/Lolyda和Win32/Koobface 在內(nèi)的近100萬臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)上的病毒。
